Solution
If there is a dust collecting opportunity in North or South Carolina, Farr rep Dale Grimsley of DominionCarolina knows about it.  Dale visited the Hanson plant and evaluated the new production lines.  Wet bricks are first cut to shape with a wire process.  They are then strewn out and immediately coated with a magnesium colorant while on vibratory feeders.  This is where the cloud of dust is generated.  The bricks are then moved into the kilns.
